At Infratech 2025 in Rotterdam, we demonstrated how digital stakeholder engagement can take projects to the next level. With our Virtual Consultation Room (VCR), we made complex information accessible, visual, and interactive, exactly what is needed to actively involve stakeholders and the wider community.
Making digital collaboration visible
Together with Dialog and DeBouwApp, we created a joint OVC environment. Visitors discovered how digital solutions reinforce each other, leading to more transparency, better communication, and smoother collaboration in projects.
Experience, click, and explore
Inside the VCR, visitors could explore cases, open examples, and dive into visuals. The interactive design allowed everyone to discover information at their own pace and be inspired by real-life examples from current projects.
More than a trade fair booth
In addition to presentations and inspiring conversations, the OVC served as a lasting platform. All content remained available online, allowing insights to be shared and applied even after the event. This extended and strengthened the impact of our presence at the fair.
Visitors can also ask questions about the project and its activities. These questions are answered by experts involved in the project, who have the right knowledge to provide accurate and meaningful responses.
