Lovely words, of course, but what will it actually look like?
The Imagineers Holland visualizes this new neighborhood in 3D for the Municipality of Leeuwarden. In such a new district, infrastructure changes and new homes come together. This means many parties are involved, such as the municipality, engineering firms, project developers, real estate agents, and many others. All working together to create the best neighborhood for current and future residents to live and thrive in.
A unified vision accelerates collaboration.
All parties have their own interests, phases, and priorities—they each view the project through their own lens. A clear and realistic vision helps bring these parties together and get everyone pulling in the same direction. But more importantly, it helps involve current residents in the project’s phasing and developments, and allows future residents to see their new living space in 3D.
The platform supports the physical visitor center and is maintained by the Municipality of Leeuwarden itself. Information can be updated and adjusted immediately whenever progress is made. This way, everyone stays informed at the same time and can access the information regardless of time or place.
