A commercially driven professional who actively develops new markets, deepens client relationships, and further strengthens our international position.
You have at least 5 years of experience in the renewable energy sector
You have proven expertise in advising on and selling software solutions
You are familiar with B2B sales processes within medium-sized and large organizations
You are comfortable with international business and understand the associated commercial dynamics
You are a sharp listener and strong analyst, able to translate customer needs into clear user stories for the product team
You preferably live in the northern part of the Netherlands
You will become one of the commercial faces of The Imagineers. In this role, you build and grow our (inter)national client portfolio within the renewable energy sector and proactively identify new opportunities with project developers, TSO's and consultants. You follow up on leads, deliver demos, and guide pilots from the first conversation through to successfully closing the deal.
In addition, you maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients and key accounts, help refine our value proposition by translating customer needs into concrete software solutions, and represent The Imagineers at international trade fairs, events, and during (online) client meetings.
The Imagineers is an internationally operating software company with a proven track record in 26 countries and a strong focus on the future of energy planning. Our geospatial software helps international project developers, consulting- and engineering firms, and TSOs (such as TenneT) clearly and realistically visualize area development plans, with a strong emphasis on the energy transition.
You will work in a close-knit team of ten professionals, with short lines of communication between product, sales, and management. Everyone knows each other, moves quickly, and values clear, no-nonsense collaboration. And while we are serious about international growth, we also like to wrap up the week together at our own bar, if you’re up for it.
