EnergyPlanner status page


EnergyPlanner will be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance starting Friday 25 July at 22:00 CEST, continuing throughout the weekend (Saturday 26 and Sunday 27 July 2025).

 

This page provides updates on the migration status and background information about the work being carried out. 

Current status: 

The update over the weekend of Saturday, July 26, and Sunday, July 27, 2025, was successfully completed. EnergyPlanner is fully up and running again.

 

 

During this maintenace, we will:

  • Migrate our infrastructure to a new data center in the Netherlands
  • Introduce a new and improved login method, including support for Single Sign-On (SSO)
  • Launch a completely redesigned dashboard with a more user-friendly interface and enhanced functionality


Important: Action required after maintenance

To access EnergyPlanner after the update, all users must (re)register for a The Imagineers account. It is crucial that you use the same email address as previously used. Once registered and logged in, you will regain access to your EnergyPlanner projects as usual.
