An image says more than 1000 words
To prevent your project from being delayed, involving relevant stakeholders is very important. These may be local residents, but also entrepreneurs or environmental organisations. If you only use traditional means of communication, it can be difficult to properly inform stakeholders. For example, you do not reach every target group, or stakeholders drop out because the content is too boring or complicated.
The Virtual Consultation Room is the perfect complement to traditional communication methods. By means of 360-degree photography and visualizations, the visitor sees an extremely realistic representation of the changes in the (living) environment. In addition to this visual representation of reality, other information (such as studies, reports and reports) is presented in an attractive way.
Question/answer modules enable direct communication with stakeholders. Because the platform can be visited 24/7 and from any device, it is an accessible way for stakeholders to obtain information. Even if physical meetings cannot take place due to a lockdown.
The advantages of the Virtual Consultation Room
- Promotes the participation process by involving stakeholders in your project in a realistic, transparent and inspiring way
- Acts as a library in which all documentation about the project is collected in one place
- Promotes interaction with stakeholders through question/answer modules
- Accessible to a broad target group due to 24/7 availability
- Will be online within one day and is easy to manage yourself
- Integration with external applications such as: the BouwApp, Dialog and Mett
The result of our experience
The Stakeholder Engagement Room is the result of our many years of experience with stakeholders in the participation process informing in a visual way. We noticed that many projects were delayed for various reasons, for example because only a limited group of stakeholders were reached or because the information provided was outdated or incorrect. That is why we have combined all our knowledge in a tool that eliminates such challenges.
"Adding the experience, so that you appeal to a larger group who stay longer on the platform, is the added value of the Virtual Consultation Room for us."
"It is the online gateway to our project. An inspiring and accessible way to draw stakeholders into the project."
"In long-term projects you have a lot of information. You cannot expect stakeholders to archive it themselves. Here you have bundled all the information in a very nice way."
